Looking for a reptile that isn't currently in stock? We offer special orders for a wide variety of reptile species through our trusted Canadian breeders and suppliers. All special orders are subject to availability.
 
Because each reptile is sourced specifically for the customer, photos of the exact animal are not available before ordering. Whenever possible, we will provide information on age, sex (if known), genetics or morph, and approximate size.
 
The health and well-being of every animal is our priority. We work with reputable suppliers who share our commitment to quality husbandry and healthy animals. While we cannot guarantee specific colors, patterns, or markings unless otherwise stated, we strive to source animals that meet the quality our customers expect.
 
Ordering Process
To begin a special order, please email scalesandtailspets@outlook.com with the following information:
Full name
Contact phone number
Species (and morph, if applicable) you are looking for
Confirmation that you have an appropriate enclosure and equipment prepared
Your preferred timeframe for receiving the animal
 
Once availability has been confirmed, full payment is required before your order is placed with our supplier.
