Pick Up & Delivery

Once an order is placed through our online store or an invoice has been issued, you will receive a text message from 867-689-9395 to arrange and confirm pick-up or delivery details.

Pick Up
As our storefront is not yet open to the public, pick-up locations may vary and will be confirmed by text. Pick-ups are typically scheduled for the same day or the following day after an order is placed. Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday between 5:30 PM and 7:30–8:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays between 10:30 AM and 7:30–8:00 PM. All pick-up times and locations will be coordinated directly with the customer.

Delivery
Local delivery is available by appointment. Delivery hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:30–8:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 7:30–8:00 PM. At checkout, customers may select a preferred delivery time using 1-hour time slots. All delivery times will be confirmed with the customer prior to delivery. If a scheduling conflict arises, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

Customers will receive a text message upon arrival. Someone must be present to receive the order at the time of delivery. If no one is available, the order will be returned to our shop and a new delivery time must be scheduled. A delivery fee may apply for reattempted deliveries. Free delivery is available on orders over $75.

Accommodations Outside Regular Hours
We understand that schedules may not always align with our standard pick-up and delivery hours. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests for pick-ups or deliveries outside of regular hours when adequate prior notice is provided. Please contact us as early as possible so we can coordinate a time that works for you.
