Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase on eligible items. Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. All approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds: live animals, frozen goods, food products, isopods, fish, aquarium plants, feeder insects, and all sale items.
Special/Custom Orders
Special orders—defined as items we do not normally stock—are final sale. Deposits for special orders are non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for any shipping or delivery fees required to return items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We’re excited to offer our community high-quality small animals, reptiles, feeders, and pet supplies. Our storefront isn’t open just yet, but you can browse our full selection online and choose local pickup or delivery. Shipping will be available soon.
