Special Order Small Animals
 
Looking for a small animal that isn't currently in stock? We offer special orders for a variety of small animal species through our trusted Canadian breeders and suppliers. All special orders are subject to availability.
 
Because each animal is sourced specifically for the customer, photos of the exact animal are not available before ordering. Whenever possible, we will provide information on age, sex (if known), color or variety, and approximate size.
 
The health and well-being of every animal is our priority. We work with reputable breeders and suppliers who share our commitment to responsible breeding, quality care, and healthy animals.
 
Ordering Process
To begin a special order, please email scalesandtailspets@outlook.com with the following information:
Full name
Contact phone number
Species (and variety, if applicable) you are looking for
Confirmation that you have appropriate housing and supplies prepared
Your preferred timeframe for receiving the animal
 
Once availability has been confirmed, full payment is required before your order is placed with our supplier.
