Anubias barteri var. nana

Anubias barteri var. nana is a small, attractive plant native to Cameroon that thrives in a wide range of aquarium conditions. Growing 5–10 cm tall with a rhizome of 10–15 cm or more, it grows slowly, and its long-lasting leaves allow slow-growing algae to establish naturally.
 
Best showcased when attached to stones or driftwood using fishing line until anchored, the rhizome should never be buried to prevent rot. This hardy plant flowers underwater, tolerates shaded areas, and is safe from herbivorous fish, making it perfect for low-light or challenging tank spots.
