Pre-Orders
When a pre-order is placed, items are added to our next supplier order. Our orders are typically placed on a biweekly basis, and pre-orders are generally available for Friday pickup. If you require special arrangements or have time-sensitive needs, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the expected order date.
Special/Custom Orders
Special or custom orders are items we do not normally stock and are considered final sale. Full payment is required before special orders are placed and are non-refundable. Special orders typically follow the same biweekly pre-order schedule depending on the item.
Pick Up
Live animals and reptiles must be picked up the same day or the following day after arrival. Pickup for dry goods may be arranged at a later date.
Once your order is confirmed and ready for pickup or delivery, you will be contacted by text at 867-689-9395.
Timing & Availability
We do our best to provide accurate estimated timelines for all pre-orders and special orders. However, supplier availability and shipping delays can occur and are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding if delays arise.
Refunds
If a special/custom order or pre-order cannot be fulfilled on our end, a full refund will be issued. No refunds are provided for customer-cancelled special/custom orders and pre-orders.

We’re excited to offer our community high-quality small animals, reptiles, feeders, and pet supplies. Our storefront isn’t open just yet, but you can browse our full selection online and choose local pickup or delivery. Shipping will be available soon.
