Orange Sunkist Shrimp
Orange Sunkist Shrimp—also known as Orange Sakura or Pumpkin Shrimp—are a bright and eye-catching freshwater shrimp variety prized for their vivid orange coloration. A selectively bred form of Neocaridina davidi, these shrimp are hardy, low-maintenance, and ideal for beginners and experienced aquarists alike.
Their bold color stands out against darker substrates and lush planted aquariums. Peaceful, active, and social in nature, they are excellent additions to nano tanks and community setups. In addition to their visual appeal, they serve a functional role as natural cleaners, feeding on algae, biofilm, and detritus.
