The Black Venezuelan Corydora (Corydoras schultzei) is a stunning freshwater catfish admired for its rich black coloration and peaceful personality. Although commonly associated with Venezuela, this beautiful variety was originally developed by German aquarists in the 1990s. Active, social, and easy to care for, these corydoras make an excellent addition to community aquariums and are especially enjoyable when kept in groups.
